About us.
The start–up D2 develops innovative solutions to tackle the shortage of skilled labour and to increase diversity sensitivity at universities, institutions and companies. By promoting the consideration of diversity and inclusion topics with analogue and digital consulting products, we support project managers of national and international research projects in the successful submission of applications. Our work is based on many years of scientific experience in the field of research funding, including ERC, EU, DFG, BMBF, DAAD, WZB, Volkswagen Foundation and the Bavarian Research Alliance.
